We really enjoyed working with you on designing the Julius office. This is our first proper office with its own identity and culture, and you did an amazing job bringing that to life. You were great at taking feedback and ideas from the team while also bringing your own creative vision, which helped us use the space effectively for lounging, working, and collaborating.
LOCH Studios helped us create the office of our dreams without distracting us from our work. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My team loves working in an office that reflects our values and gives serious bragging rights.
Chloe helped us turn an empty warehouse into a bustling startup office. We had a very generic idea of what we wanted; Chloe turned that into a coherent vision and executed perfectly. Our office became a point of pride for our small company. Highly recommended!
One of the standout features is the dining area you put together—it’s the team’s favorite place to hang out. The way you organized the layout to maximize desk space while still leaving plenty of room for lounging has made the office both functional and comfortable. You also found us great vendors for snacks, networking, and more, and your coordination with the move-in process was a huge time-saver for a founder like me who’s focused on growing the company.
Dara and I had a specific vision for how we wanted the office to come to life and chloe was super receptive to feedback and we got to an amazing end result. it looks great!
Their designs are unreal. Better than that, they're the only firm I know that moves at founder-speed. Truly a killer combo.
On average, our clients spend $80,0000 - $300,000 on everything, from paint and furniture to our services.
Timelines vary from 8 weeks to 8 months.
After you’ve reached out to us, we’ll hop on a call to chat so we can understand what you’re needing support with and can give you the skinny on LOCH Studios.
If it seems like a fit, we’ll do a space walkthrough, ask you some clarifying questions, and send over our official proposal. Once you’ve signed our contract and paid the project deposit, our work together begins.
We start with a kickoff call to get the wheels turning on what you want and where, so we can bring in vendors and general contractors to do walkthroughs and pricing.
We also send over an exploration survey that you’ll share with a few employees so we can learn what makes your company unique: inside jokes, how your team works together, what you use to brainstorm, and more.
From the design exploration work, we’ll craft a high-level strategy outlining which areas in your office we think will have the most impact for employees. We’ll share how this factors into your space along with some high level mood boards to align on your desired vibe.
Once we’re clear on the scope and direction of your project, we’ll prioritize what’s most important to get things going.
As needed, we’ll bring in our incredible partners for everything from plants to construction to do their walkthroughs and create proposals for each aspect of your project. We’ll tweak their proposals together until the scope and price feel right.
As we move through the rest of the process, we’ll meet weekly to review concepts and make decisions on project elements such as furniture selection, accessories, artwork, and more.
Throughout, we’ll be sharing timelines and dates so you know what’s happening and when everything should be done by.
