Chloe La Rosa started LOCH Studios to give startups the space that becomes part of their origin story.
She began her career shaping compelling stories at an ad agency before pivoting into tech, where she planned events, built employee programs, and developed scalable systems. While her role eventually evolved into what it is today—part workplace designer, part cultural strategist—her work had always been tied to one goal: building environments that reflect and reinforce a company’s culture.
